wampThere’s a alias folder in the directory, and you see it
The corresponding function is this

Answer 1:

Previously, I did not notice that by searching for alias in httpd.conf, I found:

LoadModule alias_module modules/
LoadModule vhost_alias_module modules/

Include "${INSTALL_DIR}/alias/*"

That is to say, the files under the alias directory under the installation directory will be included.
The file format of the alias configuration is like this:

Alias /adminer "e:/wamp32/apps/adminer4.3.1/"

<Directory "e:/wamp32/apps/adminer4.3.1/">
    Options +Indexes +FollowSymLinks
    AllowOverride all
  <IfDefine APACHE24>
    Require local
  <IfDefine !APACHE24>
    Order Deny,Allow
      Deny from all
      Allow from localhost ::1

It can be added automatically by Wamp.
Thank you for your answer.
